Terms of Use for Moment Stickers

1. About Moment Stickers

Moment Stickers is a cute memory sticker app that lets you take or choose photos, turn moments into stickers, save memories, create collections, and make shareable images or wallpapers.

Moment Stickers is designed for personal memory keeping and creative use.

2. Your Account and Device

Moment Stickers may not require a separate account.

Some features may rely on your Apple ID, App Store purchases, iCloud, or device settings.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and any content stored on them.

3. Camera and Photo Permissions

Moment Stickers may request access to your camera or photo library so you can create stickers from your photos.

You are responsible for any photos or content you choose to add to the app.

You must not upload, create, or share content that violates the rights of others, including privacy, copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, stickers, memories, captions, wallpapers, and other content you create or save in Moment Stickers.

By using the app, you give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide app features, such as creating stickers, saving memories, syncing data, generating wallpapers, or sharing content when you choose to do so.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Personal Use

Moment Stickers is provided for personal and non-commercial use unless we give written permission otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its features.

6. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Moment Stickers may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases.

All App Store purchases are processed by Apple.

If a subscription is offered:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any free trial, if offered, will be described in the app or App Store listing.
• Prices and available plans may change from time to time.

We do not control Apple’s billing system, refund decisions, or App Store payment policies.

7. Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to Apple’s refund process and policies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload or create content that infringes another person’s rights
• Attempt to access another user’s data
• Interfere with the security or operation of the app
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
• Use automated tools to misuse the app
• Use the app to create or share hateful, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content

9. iCloud and Data Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, your content may sync through your personal iCloud account.

We are not responsible for iCloud availability, Apple ID issues, sync delays, data conflicts, or loss of data caused by device settings, iCloud settings, Apple services, or user deletion.

You should keep your own backups of important content.

10. App Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Moment Stickers at any time.

Some features may require an internet connection, iCloud, an active purchase, or a compatible device.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Intellectual Property

Moment Stickers, including its design, logo, characters, graphics, interface, text, code, and brand elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our name, logo, characters, or branding without permission.

12. User-Created Stickers and Shared Content

You may share stickers, wallpapers, and images created in Moment Stickers for personal use.

You are responsible for the content you share and for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos, images, names, or likenesses included in that content.

13. No Professional Advice

Moment Stickers is a creative memory and sticker app.

It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

14. Third-Party Services

Moment Stickers may rely on third-party services, such as Apple, iCloud, App Store, analytics, crash reporting, or purchase management tools.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Disclaimer

Moment Stickers is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Moment Stickers.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or service, where permitted by law.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Moment Stickers if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create legal or security risks.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

18. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Moment Stickers from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Moment Stickers, except as required by applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or App Store listing.

Your continued use of Moment Stickers after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
