When you use Moment Stickers, you may choose to take photos or select images from your device. These photos may be used to create stickers, memory cards, wallpapers, or other visual content inside the app.

Depending on the features you use, your content may include:

• Photos you take or select
• Generated stickers
• Memory titles or captions
• Dates and times of saved memories
• Categories, tags, or collections
• Wallpapers or shareable images created by you

We only access photos or camera features when you give permission through your device settings.

1.2 Camera and Photo Library Access

Moment Stickers may request access to your camera or photo library so you can create stickers from your own photos.

You can change or revoke camera and photo permissions at any time in your device settings.

1.3 Local and iCloud Data

Your memories, stickers, and app content may be stored locally on your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, your content may also be stored in your personal iCloud account so your data can sync across your Apple devices. We do not control Apple’s iCloud service, and your use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

1.4 Purchase Information

If Moment Stickers offers paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited purchase-related information, such as whether a subscription or purchase is active, expired, or restored.

1.5 Device, Usage, and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited technical information to help operate, improve, and protect the app, such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Crash logs
• Performance data
• General app usage information

This information helps us fix bugs, improve features, and understand how the app is performing.

1.6 Contact Information

If you contact us for support, feedback, or questions, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message so we can respond.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate Moment Stickers
• Create stickers, memory cards, wallpapers, and related features

• Sync data if iCloud is enabled

We do not use your photos or memory content to train AI models unless we clearly ask for your permission.

3.1 Service Providers

3.2 Apple and iCloud

If you use App Store purchases, Apple processes your payment.

If you enable iCloud sync, your app content may be stored in your iCloud account through Apple’s services.

4. Photos and User Content

Your photos, stickers, memories, and wallpapers belong to you.

Moment Stickers does not claim ownership of the content you create or upload.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos or content you add to the app.

5. Tracking and Advertising

Moment Stickers is not designed to sell user data.

If we ever use tracking technologies for advertising or cross-app tracking, we will request permission where required by law and by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules.

6. Data Storage and Retention

App content may remain on your device unless you delete it.

If iCloud sync is enabled, content may remain in iCloud until you delete it from the app, remove it from iCloud, or disable sync.

Support emails and related communications may be kept for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain records, and protect our rights.

7. Deleting Your Data

You can delete your memories, stickers, and app content inside the app where deletion features are available.

You can also delete the app from your device.

If your content is synced through iCloud, you may need to delete iCloud data through your Apple device settings or iCloud settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Moment Stickers is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country.

By using Moment Stickers, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by Moment Stickers.

However, no app, device, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account secure.

• Control camera and photo permissions in your device settings
• Enable or disable iCloud sync through your Apple settings
• Delete app content inside the app where available
• Contact us about privacy questions
• Stop using the app and delete it from your device

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or App Store listing.

The updated policy will be effective when posted, unless stated otherwise.
